SpeechSynthesis: speaking property
speaking 是 SpeechSynthesis 介面的一個只讀屬性，它返回一個布林值，表示當前是否有正在進行中的發音（utterance）被朗讀——即使 SpeechSynthesis 處於 暫停 狀態。
